As Executive Vice President of Integrated Creative Strategy, Dixie has spent the last 8 years at HangarFour overseeing digital content, campaign and influencer strategy for a wide range of clients including Hanky Panky, Indeed, BRAGG Live Foods and Clinique. Notable career mentions include launching the L’Oréal League, a premier influencer program for L’Oréal Paris, launching eyewear brand, Zenni into the Esports arena, helming the digital rebrand of ‘90s darling, Caboodles, and building the award-winning “Soundtrack of Empathy” campaign with pop superstar, MIKA.
Before joining HangarFour, Dixie spent 3 years as a copywriter at Warby Parker – her time there coincided with the brand’s rise to become one of the country’s best recognized retail startups, propelled in no small part by its creative approach to the digital space.
Dixie is also one of HangarFour’s most multi-talented professionals, having spent 5 years as a professional opera singer. She holds a M.M in Music Performance from Wichita State University and a BFA in Music Theater Performance from Viterbo University. She is also a Strong First Certified Kettlebell coach.

Dusty Bennett is a creative marketer, strategist and producer. Currently, Executive Creative Director & Executive Producer at HangarFour Creative, he oversees strategy, creative content & marketing, advertising as well as event/experiential and video production. Recently, he has lead award-winning campaigns for corporate clients such as Indeed as well as nonprofits such as fightchildabuse.org. Bennett has also helmed ground-breaking rebranding creative campaigns jump-starting the reimagination of legacy brands such as Hanky Panky and 80’s favorite, Caboodles. Known for marketing collaborations, he recently has shepherded product/marketing collaborations with Barbie, Olympian Simone Biles, pop icon MIKA and mega-star Celine Dion. As Executive Producer of HangarFour he consistently works with global brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Jaguar Land Rover and New Balance, producing their most successful influencer and experiential marketing events.
Prior to H4, Bennett served a Vice President/Senior Producer for Blue Man Productions where he produced and oversaw creative marketing events/appearances for Blue Man Group, some of which include Blue Man Group’s world premiere at The Hollywood Bowl, BMG’s collaboration with Steve Aoki at Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, their participation in Rio de Janeiro’s iconic Carnival Parade and the partnership with Red Bull’s Skydive Team for a one-of-a-kind stunt to promote their new show at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. He was also responsible for BMG’s numerous television appearances including “America’s Got Talent,” “Ellen,” “Good Morning America” and NBC’s “I Can Do That.”
Previously, Bennett demonstrated his entrepreneur spirit by creating Takeoff Productions, an independent event and live entertainment producing entity serving an array of corporate and private clients including Condé Nast, Omnicom Group, O&M Co. and non-profit organizations such as the Children's Museum of Manhattan, Johns Hopkins University Science of Learning Institute and Play for Tomorrow. Previous producing projects include the 10-page spread in the December 2010 edition of Vogue for the Broadway production of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark with photographer Annie Leibovitz and the inaugural Ultimate Block Party in October 2010, which hosted over 50,000 attendees. Prior to founding Takeoff Productions, Bennett spent seven years as part of The Walt Disney Studios where he was responsible for conceiving and producing an eclectic variety of special events, most notably The Lion King’s historic performance at a White House State Dinner, the live BBC Music of Disney Concert celebrating the 10th anniversary of The Lion King in London and the Disney Symphonic Legacy Concert at Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Prior to joining the team, Sebastian began his career with Bunim/Murray Productions working on the crew for The Real World 14: SanDiego and California Dream Homes, and went on to become Senior Video Producer at Hearst Publications in NYC leading the video content creation for Elle.com as well several other publication websites. He has developed and created branded video content for clients including Citi, Loreal, Dyson, Tumbler, Spotify, FanDuel, Belvedere Vodka, Indeed, Zenni, The Actor’s Fund, Mattel, NYU Langone, Tisch MSCRNY, Cancer Care, LLS,Mars Pet-care, Delta, Match Group and Airbnb.

Taylor Park is a Producer at HangarFour and has been part of the agency for over 6 years. Since Taylor was a little girl she always dreamed of moving to New York City and getting into the event production world. After graduation from The University of Florida, Taylor moved to the city and was fortunate to land her dream job at HangarFour. She has been with HangarFour for over 6 years and has extensive experience working on a variety of clients such as L’Oréal Paris, Hanky Panky, and Indeed. Taylor is skillful, energetic and excels at multitasking in fast-paced environments. She loves working closely with all her peers at HangarFour and learning new things from each of them. Zorina Akhund is a Senior Account Executive at Hangar Four at DKC Public Relations. Zorina joined the DKC team at the start of the new year in January of 2022 after overseeing the social department at March Communications, a tech PR agency specializing in AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Zorina currently drives strategy and execution for digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content creation at Hangar Four.
Prior to making the shift to digital marketing, Zorina worked in media relations at Cindy Riccio Communications where she managed multiple accounts in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. With a hand in both departments, Zorina drove both traditional and social media relations to secure coverage for clients in print, leverage influencer partnerships on social media, and manage events for all brand activations.
