The Online Dating Disruptor: Bringing the Story of Match Group’s Impact to Life

How do you connect brands like Tinder, OkCupid, and Hinge under one cohesive corporate identity, and then bring that story to life for press, investors, and the public? That was the challenge Match Group brought to HangarFour. Our work spanned three core phases: repositioning the corporate brand and site experience, using social listening to shape more resonant messaging, and developing the storytelling centerpiece: Match Group’s first-ever Investor Day.

We redesigned Match Group’s corporate site to center on technology and human connection. Every touchpoint, from headline copy to UX, was optimized for the press, investors, and job seekers. The brand’s now updated interface is clean, modern, and purposeful, and includes refined messaging that helps Match Group’s portfolio of brands feel united under one single narrative.
